Ontario Linux Fest and End User Summit.

Anyone else going to either of these? I was planning on going to Ontario, might have to go to both since the Linux Foundation's event is happening right in my backyard.

I will be attending Ontario Linux Fest. A bunch of us from Rochester (across the lake) are renting a mini van and driving up.

I might be going to Linux Foundation event in Jersey City. My companies headquarters is right down the road from where it's being held.

I haven't heard from them yet, but if you've been turned down, it doesn't look good for me. :(

Have fun and let us know how you like it. Gotta get up there at some point. I definitely plan on going to SELF next year.

Other than BigDaveyL, doesn't look like too many from this area are going. I may have to try to record some of the conferences and do some sort of writeup, give folks an idea of what's going on up there.

The show was pretty good! I had a lot of fun.

Hotel security did yell at us on Saturday night for being too loud. But we were more well behaved this year than in years past.

I should check in here more often. I didn't know about this event until about 5 days prior, which was too late for me to make plans. And to think I made it all the way to OLF from Buffalo, but couldn't get to Ontario Linux Fest which probably about 90 minutes from my house.

We've made it up every year. OLF on the other hand.... A bit of a drive...
