Wow Matt, you know some cool places to hang out at. If I ever make it out to your side of the country, I want to party with you.
I checked out the link to The Raubsville Inn. Now that's my kind of place too. I was tempted to put in my online app just to see if I'm still good enough to work that kind of cooking gig.
I used to be a broiler god, but since I took up comps, I'm just a demi- broiler god.
How many variations of Rare are there? I counted 5.
1) Blue
2)Black & Blue
3) Blood Rare (I'll have to replay this weeks show to remember who likes their steak this way)
4) Chared Rare
5) Rare
I love cooking Black & Blue. It's like Linux, not easy but when it works, it is killer.
Medium well is the hardest temp for me to get right. It's so tricky and people that order a steak in the USA should be shot. Don't even talk to me about well done (road kill), ugh! Yeah, nothing like hot beef jerky, hmmm. *Can we get more gravy?*
Bring on the steak Tar Tar!!!
Matt, you had to get me started...lol
We are not drunk

Ahh, when you were partying in Lake Havasau, Bullhead City is about (i'm guessing) 30 miles northeast. Right across the Colorado River from Laughlin, Nevada.
My Mom used to live in Sedona, just up the highway from where the tourist buses park, in Oak Creek Canyon. Too busy for her, so she moved to Bum F-ing super small town AZ in the White Mountains. It takes me 7 1/2-8 hours one way to visit her. I have to rent a car because I can't take mine any farther then my towing card allows, but I have a killer new PC with all the toys.
Yuppers, my car sucks and is scary to drive, but I don't blink an eye to dropping $500+ for a PC upgrade. I can go anywhere on earth (even in space with NASA.com) with my PC, I can't do that with my car.
I hate my current car, 1981 Ford "Ex-Pimp Mobile" LTD. V8, 4 doors and an automatic trans. Ugh! It's paid for and it does get me to work, but I want an Afa
Romeo Spider. 4 banger, 2 seater, ragtop, and a 5 speed manual. I was high bidder in ebay motors for one, then I got bumped in the last few hours. Poo!
Maybe someday I'll have my 1st "cool chick magnet" car. God knows most chicks don't get wet hearing about my latest PC upgrade and if one does 9/10 times she's butt ugly. Just kidding. lol
