koolu makes me wonder.

I decided to get a koolu machine which would have been the first of four I planned to purchase. I was going to have it as a prototype system. I ordered a system and put the info about the tllts discount. When I was emailed the total bill, it did not include the discount. I contacted them, all I got was the run around. If I am going to get rhetoric at the beggining of the sale, what is going to happen if I ever had problems. They lost a sale for good.
