Quit trying to use big words that you don't understand. The person wrote an email to you(or the show). The person did not write an email to a mailing list, or post in a forum. The question isn't whether its legal for you do post his name and address. The point is that you are a dick for doing so. Oh and by the way you asked.
Linc wrote: Wow, I think you are getting a whole lot more out of that than anyone else on the planet did. The mere fact that other people understood my point means that my idea, my opinion, was conveyed. That's all I was looking for. Just because you don't agree, doesn't mean my opinions are not valid, nor does it mean that the logic isn't sound. Perhaps you are just too damn narrow minded to understand it.

Not so fun when the name calling and belittling is on the other foot is it?
I'd bet everyone understood your opinion it was very clear. You don't think most people should be allowed to get behind a keyboard. That doesn't mean it was supported with logic in a logical manner. And your car mechanic analogy definitely didn't support your opinion in a logical manner. I showed why it didn't. Open your mind maybe you'll get it the second time around.

And the funny part is that after trying to call me a simpleton above, you still have no idea what I said. That, or you are ignoring my statement completely because it uses too many 4 syllable words for you. I'll break it down. You do not know if the email was meant to be private at all. You do not even know if it's a *real* email do you? Since you do not know all the facts, perhaps your opinion should reflect that.

Anyhow, for the rest of you here, I feel my work here is done. At least it is on this topic. Apparently I am a dick. I can live with that whether or not it is actually based on any factual evidence ;-) I have, after all, been called worse on occasion. Or maybe not - it's hard to tell because people tend to use those confusing big words around me ;-)

I guess we will just have to take you at your word:

Linc wrote:Now I do like constructive criticism, however, what you sent in above was pure and unsubstantiated trolling. You'd do a lot better on usenet than sending emails to me like that.
My opinion reflects that you said it was an email from a listener...twice.

I also showed that I knew what you were saying by pointing out that the legality of you posting that info was not relevant. You see Linc its you that never seems to "get it".
