Funny Apple ads comparing Macs and "PCs"

I love how accurate these ads are at pointing out how insecure and unstable PCs are, since we all know PC means Windows.

I love how I get a message that says "Quicktime 7 is required to view the ads." :D

Shouldn't their ads appeal to people who DON'T ALREADY HAVE A MAC?

My immoral and anti-freedom use of the illegal codecs allows me to view those movies just fine on my terrAr promoting Arch linux box.

*Clears throat* Last time I installed OS X on my Sony Intel box, it had the neutered Quicktime player which only allowed me to playback files. In order to get Quicktime Pro, you gotta shell out the dough.

Hey what's $29.95 if you're already spending $2800 on a new Mac Book Pro and an extended warranty? ;)

If Uncle Steve says it's good then I'm buying it!! ;)

See! Pat knows a great deal when he sees it! Don't forget to shell out the extra $50 for iWorks! While you're at it, you may want to consider picking up an extra iPod; you can never have enough; and apple condoms for each! At $99, it's a steal.

I wonder if they have refurbished iPod cases?

I wonder if they have refurbished crutches for all the limping you'll be doing after that giant kick in the balls.

Dude, that won't be a problem as you'll have to sell at least one of those balls to purchase all those products. It's the new apple tradeup program: A nut for an Apple. Please note, half of that nut to be applied as a pay off to the RIAA and MPAA. That's how they do it.

Remember when Pat pulled his Ham String? In reality, Linc robbed hm of a nut to get that Mac Mini. Pat just did not want to admit it publically.

There, I outed the big secret!

I seriously did a spit-take here reading the "a nut for an apple" line. My wife was all "What, what? What's so funny?" She didn't think it was as funny as I did. She just looked at me like I'd lost it.

Women...

Well, currently I'm on an Apple, for what it's worth, and I think those commericals are silly. The one where they tout Mosberg a "great journalist" just annoys me. That guy is little more than Steve Jobs' tool. Also, that one where they were all holding hands was a bit awkward. As well, I was a bit incredulous to see the commericals imply that Apple computers don't crash. That's pretty laughable.

Anyway, I preferred the Apple commericals that ripped off that old music video. =)
