Congratulations on 100

Post by Brockwoolf » Thu Sep 15, 2005 11:13 am

I know this is a week or so late, but I just wanted to congratulate Linc, Pat, Dan and Allan on reaching 100 shows.
You guys put out a great show and I've been listening to every one since around episode 30.
I'll keep listening til it ends. And I hope it doesn't!

Thanks guys. I appreciate your dedication :)

Yeah. Pretty good actually Pat.

I've been working up north and only just got back to Perth (yay! broadband!) and i'm taking a couple of weeks of work. I've just been doing some more work on blastcube and listening to the tech show on my new iPod nano that I bought a couple of days ago :)
What have you been up to lately?

So you got a nano. It looks nice but does it play ogg?! ;)
I picked up an Iaudio5. I really like it a lot and it does play ogg!
I usually post stuff on my blog every couple of days:

I'm looking to get a laptop in the next few months with Linux pre-installed. What I get depends on my budget. I probably won't get one until after New Year's (post bonus & tax refund).

Okay. Okay. I know it doesn't play OGG. And I really wish it would.
Up until this point I have pretty much just kept mp3s.
The main reason I got it was because of the "cool" factor. You know, Steve has really got me brainwashed over here :)
All my friends know me as the techy and gadget man so i've got a reputation to uphold

Laptops are nice hey. I would really like one running Debian or Fedora. But I'll have to wait. I'll have a look at your blog. I'm actually just starting a blog entry now since I haven't posted in it for 3 months or something. I'm going to do it weekly as a minimum from now on. :)
