You should also add a DVR category for MythTV, Tivo and Cable/Satellite company DVR systems.

MythBox. I stopped buying DVDs that have DRM on them, so I haven't bought a movie in ages. I'm becoming more and more of a free software zealot all the time. I understand that people work on non-free software to pay the mortgage, but I simply refuse to use it at home.
MythTV gives me far more than I can watch, anyhow. And that's just with over-the-air HDTV networks...

My other is digitally on the computer, such as downloading from Amazon Unbox or other sources, or copying one of my dvds to the computer. 99% of my movie viewing is still on a traditional set-top DVD player though.

I transfer my laserdiscs to my betamax tapes, then rip them to vcd format, burn that to disc and watch on my 60" plasma.
It's quite stunning.
