Great, thanks, now it's a keeper.
Do you know of any another players that have an FM transmitter built in? I hear most of the external transmitters are pretty poor. That's probably the best feature of the Neuros. The FM transmitter is clear and really good quality and can be stereo or mono and is also variable transmitter power. Being too big and generally flaky a lot of the time are what really kill the Neuros.
Looks like I'll probably pick up and X5 pretty soon. I'll be looking for a transmitter in that case. Any suggestions?

Re: Thanks.
I got the official one from the store. It works ok but the FCC puts rediculous restrictions on how far it can go and I couldn't figure out how to increase its power usage to make it go farther. The sound quality is not that great, make sure you have it tuned to a frequency that gets the least reception from other stations. A line-in would be better but unfortunately those are more rare.jonas wrote:Looks like I'll probably pick up and X5 pretty soon. I'll be looking for a transmitter in that case. Any suggestions?
fuck FM
FM transmitters are really aweful. You can get an auxillary input for most factory car stereos and for a lot of aftermarket ones too. They cost around $60... so I recently bought a decent Sony head unit for $100 that comes with an auxillary input on the front. Consider your options.
