Hey
I think I've found a near perfect keyboard, the Logitech diNovo Mini. The only negatives are it doesn't have the F1, F2, F3, etc keys. I would also prefer to have a dedicated key for the Esc (escape) instead of having to use a key combination. This is a great keyboard. Check out my demonstration video below.

I know this is an older post, but how are you liking the dinovo?
I am going to build a HTPC soon and was curious about the dinovo.
What kind of range do you get with it? I saw reviews on egghead and some people claimed 6 feet or less. The HTPC will probably be 15 feet or so from the couch in my setup.
I agree that the lack of function and dedicated escape are a negative. If your not using this anymore have you found something you like better?
Thanks for any feedback.

Hey mikeh,
I like the Logitech diNovo keyboard. I'm still using it with my kitchen MythTV frontend. The CPU is behind the kitchen wall and I can still control it from 10 feet away with the diNovo. Logitech's specs (see 1st link below) claim a range of up to 33 feet. You shouldn't have any issues 15 feet away. I've had occasional bouts of connectivity issues. I chock it up to general Bluetooth flakeyness.

I also have 2 of the keyboards shown in the link below. I've had one key go bad. The keyboard is a bit large and heavy but it works. The built-in trackball mouse is why I purchased them.
