Wall mount for MythFrontend PC + TV

I've been looking into the M350 case that Patrick has for ION box. I want to mount both the TV and PC on a single mount. I found this.

But the descriptions specify their own cases/PCs that the mounts are compatible with. All their cases are $100+. I like the M350 for it's size and price. Does anyone know of other companies that have a similar type of wall mount? My only other thought was that maybe the "compatibility" is based on the size of the PC case. Might the M350 still work as long as I get the 73mm width mount?

Update: I emailed them about the mount and it the only difference is the width between two mounts as I suspected. So the M350 should fit just fine.

This box appears to be made by iTuner and they also have a direct distribution company called Mini-Box.com.
Same price.

It's a beautiful box and I'm seriously thinking of getting it.
