Did J.T.S. strike a deal with Google? <snip> ... see the video is listed as being from. "J.T.S. Moore, Wonderview Productions" If you look at that user's other posted movies, all of them are from different sources totally unrelated to J.T.S. Moore. That doesn't totally count Moore out as the source...

Saw that on Digg this morning and marked it as spam. Not much else the rest of us can do since we're not the copyright holders.

Troll or Twit? I can't decide

It wont happen -- jerryleecooper's comment on Why Linux will not displace Windows Are you saying that this linux can run on a computer without windows underneath it, at all ? As in, without a boot disk, without any drivers, and without any services ? That sounds preposterous to me. ..... Its just n...

I've seen this popping up on various social networking sites, and it's too close to the Ghosts of Ted McGinley for me to go along. Too many busybodies with not enough projects to go around.

Pat beat me to it on the videos, but there are a few up on YouTube that I'm not sure are also on the Romain-Moisescot site. Particularly the "Woo!", "Boom!", and "All time favorites."

For Pat

Ever notice how most Mac users are skinny? It's because of all the calories they burn because they can't shut the f*** up about how great their Macs are.

Vote for TLLTS at Digg's new podcast section

TLLTS is listed in Digg's new podcast section, so be sure to add your vote. This is a separate area from the individual posts Pat and other have added in the past.

Don't you mean "excellent" anywhere else?

I bought a Canon Lide 20 back when it was listed with only "Good" support, and it worked perfectly then. And I've had nothing but good luck with various Canon scanners. Perhaps "Good" support in Linux equates to "Mediocre" support anywhere else.

To hell with the record companies. I'll just keep buying my CDs at garage sales. That is, until the lawmakers come to some stupid decision, like people who sell their old CDs in garage sales are criminals, too. Garth Brooks has already spoken against used CD sales , believing that it cuts in...

Digg the Zack Rusin interview

http://digg.com/linux_unix/Rumor_ATI_to_open_specifications_to_X_org_developers_and_KDE4_news_also Looks like somebody was kind enough to put up a link to the Rusin interview. Already with over 500 diggs and on page 4. Maybe it's too late to get to the front page, but worth a shot. Would be pretty ...

Damn straight. The developers have done their best at elimination to make sure PooBuntu is the number one distribution for doing number two freely.

There'll be no taint in this poo.
