Kget has always just worked for me and I use it a lot. It also works really well as the download manager for Konqueror.

Wonder if you used sarge repositories it would spare you the messages...I don't believe Xandros is know for being on the cutting edge. If Kget was on my N800 life would be good!

I agree w/ Pat, it is priced too high. I see Asus released the Eee PC for $199 (another Linux gizmo toy).

I am a bit weird by Linux standards, I like Debian because it has a long release cycle. Debian Stable is stable. This is because Debian does not feel it neccessary to come out with a half baked product every 6 months. Debian also has good documentation but maybe not as good as Gentoo.
