Actualy, in this situation, it makes sense to have the header div there.<br><br>Since the sub-line is part of the header, but not part of the H1...your grouping the "header"<br><br>... and H# tags are technically "headings" not "headers" ... header is the top of the content, headings are used through out the content...<br>

Depends on the situation, a header is the collective information at<br>the head of a page, a heading can be a part of a header or a header<br>by itself.<br><br>In this case, H1 by itself is probably more correct.<br><div>
