[Wsuug] Microsoft Backtracks on Standards in IE8

This was the one topic that was creating a lot of discord at AEA New Orleans
last year. I and Jaswa had the good fortune of witnessing a pretty heated
debate between Molly Holzschlag, Aaron Gustafson, and others regarding this
issue. 

It seems as though most people in that room came to an uneasy consensus, which
