But I can still put a meta tag into the page head (or set once
server-side) to get things to render how I want? So this is the exact
same issue as last year except that if a site does absolutely nothing,
users have a chance to influence whether or not the site uses the old
rendering engine or not? If a simple line in the header is what keeps
you off the blacklist, then I'm not sure this is worth debating again.
