[Wsuug] Conditional CSS revisited

I've seen it before, but can't say whether it is supported or not.

It doesn't make any sense to do it that way in my opinion. From a  
validation and maintenance standpoint, it is better to have a  
separate CSS file for your tweaks and use conditional comments in the  
HTML.
