[Wsuug] Which is the better option

I cannot figure whether I should use Dreamweaver or Frontpage for my web 
designs.  Which one is the better option?  I know Andrew prefers 
Dreamweaver but feels Frontpage conforms to the standards set by 
Microsoft (and that is what this group is set to do, right, promote the 
ms standards that have made the web what it is today?).

Money is no object right now, I'll just hit the typical warez sites.
