Ahh. Found the problem. Stupid me. There is a separate button for "Twitter
Proxy" and one for "Twitter" (I think this arrived in newer versions of
Seesmic I guess). The first is the one you need to choose, not the second.
This will then give the input field for the REST API server.

This definitely seems to work better/faster than either Mustard or the
StatusNet official app.
