If you are running an install script, you should do this as root,
otherwise, you will only be able to install in your home directory.
There should be an install readme file, INSTALL, or some documentation
on Netscapes site as to what actions you should perform. Make sure you
read this, especially if you are upgrading to 6.0. I am not sure how
6.0 fares with a version of Netscape already installed.
Once you get squared away, you should be able to call the install script
by either:
./installscript
or
sh installscript
