Hi Linc,

Hope things are well. Wanted to know if you knew anyone in your Linux 
circle that are 1) looking for a perm job/or would like a better job 
than their current, 2) Meets the following requirements:
Environment is Linux (Ubuntu) tomcat servers (~30 so far, growing 
rapidly) - need someone with open source monitoring tools - NAGIOS or 
something similar - This person needs to do everything - build, 
configure, rack, etc - Must have experience with Mission Critical 
Systems - Client is growing rapidly so experience with CAPACITY 
performance constraints, etc. is a must - Not looking for candidates 
with experience exclusively from very Large Clients. Must be hand on in 
a smaller environment where you can wear many hats - Need someone who 
knows about PCI Security & Compliance issues also. Some programming/ 
scripting ability (bourne, bash, perl, python, C) is a major plus. 
Strong experience and understanding with different networking features 
is also (knowledge of common networking devices, and the ability to 
analyze network behavior, performance and application issues using 
standard tools, TCP/IP, f irewall/security issues etc.)
