[Lvlug] Anybody do website development?

I've been asked to help setup a website for the physician group I work in.
We have a parked domain with godaddy at the moment. I would like to use 
a basic linux hosting plan and have a public page with contact info.
The real meat of the site would be a few pages where schedules can be 
edited.  I figure a template and a password protected way for someone to 
fill in the names.

My skill set stops at a basic html page so I'd need (semi?) professional 
help.
I'd like to use the cheaper basic hosting with php, but if the site 
needs perl, python and java, that is only $30 more per year and we can 
do it.
This would be a paid project although I hope there won't be ongoing 
maintenance  once the site is up and running.

Any recommendations out there?
