:-?  You said the default for the admin interface is 8080.  You still
haven't proven that port 80 isn't blocked.

Try a random port and see if you et the same behaviour.

What, if anything, do your Apache logs tell you?  Can you hit the web
server from inside your network, not from the server itself?
