Ellis,

I've looked over the spec sheets and after reading your post I would say that 
you seem to have a basic grasp of what you need to do.  I was going to reply 
with a lot of tech in this post but if you are going to be in class tomorrow 
I think we'll cover it there.

Just a quick note: Look up "Nyquist theorem" to learn what they mean by 
sampling "AT LEAST" twice as fast as your input.  Hint: Most designers sample 
at 5 to 10 times the input frequency.
