I wouldn't be surprised if the guy who runs this show does too... seems 
very open minded and has argued the taxes on cigarettes are 
unconstitutional. His argument was very persuasive, and in fact is 
probably good for a number of other taxes that are in excess and single 
out products/or are minority use products.
