I don't know about "easily" but I haven't been able to match the spam filtering 
success has had with Exim: http://linuxgazette.net/127/moen.html

I was goingto mention MDAs, but didnt feel like adding another
paragraph.  What can I say?  It's a lazy Sunday afternoon.
