I guess not even close.

Especially, considering that I've found cases where buying a computer with-out 
any operating system from dell costs more than buying the same thing with 
windows.  This sentiment leads me to believe that decrying the "MS tax" is 
not exactly valid.  Certainly, the far more important tax is on hearts & 
minds & philosophy of computing.
