Theregister has an article on Dells with RedFlag Linux for 
China. I went to www.dell.com.cn and found the above page 
with  Dells preloaded with Linux! Look below the blue 
fields and you can see Linux listed.
Click on the left green configurator and the popup shows a 
MS windows flag but the choice is Linux (in english)

I wonder what shipping and customs duties are from China?
Would it be less than the ~$70 MS tax?
