Look at the comments:
"It is not possible that easily . Most of the phones will ask for
accepting a connection . If you are not dumb enough then you can say
No for strangers . Even if you accept you have to install some kind of
software which runs locally in your phone . It is near to impossible
to access your telephony stack which is used to make a call . I dont
beleive that much on this . This might be a hype or happened very
rarely . Siv"
Of course that statement pivots on "not dumb enough", doesn't it?
Third comment down:
