What are you running?  I'm running Flash 7(?) inside Firefox on a FC3
box.  The voice and video are out of sync but I can tolerate it.

BTW, there is no Flash 8 for Linux, so those sites that say "You must
upgrade your Flash" get dropped from my bookmark list and memory.

On my Macbook, it all works perfectly.
