It should be just charming.  I'm running courier 
IMAP/Apache/mysql/firewall/openvpn on a PII 233.  I suppose that's a fair 
upgrade from the specs you mention.  However, I was doing the same on a 
Pention 166 (I think) with 64 mb and it was perfectly jolly.  The reason I 
ditched the 166 was that the AT power supply died and it was easier to 
upgrade the machine to ATX than find an AT power supply --- it certainly 
wasn't a performance issue.
