[Lvlug] Debian Backups

I'm looking for backup tips for Ubuntu/Debian.

For the last six years I've been using Linux, with out current backups.

When a box died, I viewed it as an opportunity to try a new flavor, or
version of Linux. Data loss wasn't a concern.

Now I'm comfortable with Ubuntu, and I want to start a regular back up
schedule.

So, how do you folks back up your boxes?
