Yeah, I do.  But every time I try to change the setting from UTC to eastern it 
jumps the clock ahead 4 hours.  So then I readjust the time and it moves my 
zone back to UTC.  If I set it in bios it leaves me the hell alone until I 
boot Windows for some inexplicable reason. Then the games begin again.
