[Lvlug] Finally!

Finally got sound to the desktop. Electronically removing/deleting the PCI sound card did not work. Tried this route repeatedly, with zero success. The PCI card had to be physically removed from the MB. 

Now using XMMS I can play my favorite MP3 classics ... nice! It's the little things that make life so very nice!

New Diamond Modem arrived. Using Linux it will dial out BUT can't get any of the web brousers which came with Suse v9.1 to connect. Any ideas out there?

Are any of you using the PIM software Kontact? If so, what successes are you having with it?
