I'm using DHCP...
Part of the problem is that I'm really network dumb...
The router has a lot of options (runs an embeded Linux after all), and
I'm not up to speed with setting up networks let a lone wireless ones...
My understanding of RCN is that it doesn't do static IP assignment,...
so I don't need to worry about that... could be wrong.
Eventually, I want to set up the thing to accept both my SuSE Linux Dell
c640 with it's 802.11g pcmcia card, and my GF's laptop's wireless card.
Would I be better off just buying an ethernet hub to connect both my
main desktop and the wireless router to that???
