[Lvlug] Put that Damn Windoze Key to Use

keycode 125 = Control
keycode 126 = Control

Add this to us.map. If you're on a vc, then the Windoze keys will
effectively become Ctrl. This way you don't have to awkwardly reach with
your pinkie for things, if you aren't used to using the right Ctrl key
anyway.

I'm still thinking of a use for the Craps Lock key.
