My thanks to everyone who has responded with comments and suggestions.

I have spoken with my friend and he has asked me to pass on his thanks
also and has told me that if I'm not able to get the information then
thanks for trying.  It's appreciated.

Christmas and the holidays mean that I will likely postpone my efforts
until after the New Year.  There is a lot of things for me to plan and
read in preparation.
