[Lvlug] Your files and your hard drive

Dear Roland,

This is the status of my efforts so far.  I'm copying this email to
the Linux club (LUG) up in Bethlehem.

Your hard drive must have something very nasty on it!!!  My little PC,
all but retired to the junk heap, is much nearer to the junk heap now
;)

With the help of club members, I have managed to gain access to your
hard drive.  I had almost given up.

Now I have to locate and copy the files.  I know the files you want
are Microsoft Word files and that they would have the DOC suffix.  If
you could remember the name or part of the name of a single file I
think it would help me find the location faster.

I did this sort of thing before, but I was able to see the hard drive.
 This time, I have only the command line and my command line skills
are not great.  The people in the Linux club have helped me a lot,
which I really appreciate and I've got my Linux books out.

I'll keep you up to date.
