I used a similar FM broadcast device a couple of years back.  I ran into a 
problem that really surprised me; it would mess with my ezpass.  If I had it 
on when I went through the tolls the ezpass wouldn't register and after about 
a week of operation my ezpass quit working.  I think the continual FM 
broadcast kept the ezpass 'activated' and so it drained the battery.

So I installed an equalizer with a stereo input, added an amplifier and patch 
in with a stereo patch cable.
