Case:

Capture Card:
Hauppauge WinTv 350 - make sure the version you buy is supported by the
ivtv driver. My card is about 1 year old. The chipset has changed in the
newer versions and might not work (as Deep mentioned). Ebay might be your
best bet. I'll see which chipset version I have.
