While I am not sure how to fix this or what created this problem, I am 
curious as to why you cannot resize the window.  Will it not let you 
resize the window or can you not get to the edges of the window to 
resize them?

If the latter, do you know you can hold down the alt key why pressing 
the left mouse button and move the whole window around the screen?  You 
should be able to move it enough to get to the lower, right corner of 
the window for re-adjustment.
