I used to work @ Staples as a receiver and MS actually takes back their 
software.   Alot of other companies just have the disposition as 
destroy.  Infact I picked up a turbo linux for free and a Mandreake 
Lindows for $0.01 because of that.  We would have carts of outdates 
software (by one version at most) and the employees could snatch it up.
