I was a big fan of Opera until version 6.0.  I'm not sure where in the
releases they are for Linux, I believe I have rc3.  I found Opera 6 to
take an inordinate amount of time starting up.  But when it did, it was
very fast.  

I too prefer galeon.  If I don't use galeon, maybe Mozilla or Opera.
