Randy,

You need to run dhcpcd not dhcpd. I made the same mistake at the last
meeting but got help from Jeff.

As far as booting from the CD, I have always been able to, but have noticed
some of the machines are hesitant to do so. Maybe Paul can shed some light
on why that is. He works with those machines more often that the rest of us.
