Hi, I'm the college kid that attended my fist meeting last month and as a
"newbie" I have found the documentation to be very helpful in getting me
started with linux. It's written in a way that I think hour for hour has
taught me more than reading windows documentation has. Forces me to think
more. The only thing holding me back from permenatly moving to the linux
os is the fact that I have what is known as a "winmodem" on my
desktop. It's a dumb modem that needs a windows driver to operate. And
of course the major fact that my campus doesn't use linux at all.
