I think it's safe to say most of us will disagree with the article. :-)
Personally, I can't stand MS's documentation; trying to find something i
the KB is AWFUL!

If Information Week was looking at the man pages, I can see where they
get their conclusion, but what about www.tldp.org (formerly
www.linuxdoc.org)?  Or the Newbie-ized Help Files on some other site?

Hell, I learned most of my networking and OS theory from reading Linux
documentation!
