I have verizon dsl and I use Roaring Penguin's pppoe. They have a gui =
client I use called tkpppoe. It's simple to configure using the gui =
client. I think it took about one minute to do. Once it was configured, =
connecting to verizon is quick and reliable. Much better than the =
Windows client that Verizon supplies.
I haven't tried configuring pppoe without the gui, but it can be done. =
All you need can be found at www.roaringpenguin.com/pppoe. The newer =
Linux distributions I've seen include the RP-PPPoE package but the one =
online is newer.
Have fun!

Calculating in binary code is as easy as 01,10,11.
