[Lvlug] Any ideas on how to save a real stream?

There is a 150mb .rm stream I'd like to save on my Hard
drive.
I viewed it no problem with realplayer plugin for
netscape.
The link shows up as the text attachment I have
included.
The "view source" or view info shows "enable recording
off"
enable downloading off
Is there some way to capture the file in cache or get
it direct from the server without
going through realplayer.
