I've just uploaded one of my presentations for your perusing pleasure.
The idea of this presentation is to show non-Linux people how things are
done in Linux: how do you send/receive mail, etc. It is basically a
tour of the various software for basic tasks; I plan to just show them
the software that we have.

Here's the blurb from PCEXPO about the session:

11:00am - 11:50am
How Do I Do That in Linux?-Part I
Linux only works for you if you can use it effectively without having
to change the way your organization does its work. We'll show you just
how that's possible, so that you can do your everyday tasks in Linux.
This session will discuss user interfaces ranging from sometimes
confusing command-line to more friendly and Windows-like graphical user
interfaces. We'll also discuss Linux server software, which will enable
your organization to handle email, database and Web browsing
applications. We'll pay particular attention to virus and SPAM
protection, Windows integration and administration tools.
