[Lvlug] Qmal, kind of nervous as hell here

I'm considering changing to qmail, but I am a bit nervous about the
mailing lists. Using mailman, I have to set some stuff up in the aliases
db. I'm finding little documentation on doing this, so any qmail giants
out there; some help please.

Here is what is in my /etc/mail/aliases for sendmail:

mailman: dann@thelinuxlink.net
mailman-owner: mailman
lvlug: "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper post lvlug"
lvlug-admin: "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner lvlug"
lvlug-request: "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd lvlug"
owner-lvlug: lvlug-admin
lvlug-owner: lvlug-admin

How would I translate this to qmail? The only thing I have seen so far
from the qmail faq is:

 |preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper post listname

So would it be

lvlug: |preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper post lvlug
lvlug-admin: |preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner lvlug
lvlug-request: |preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd lvlug
owner-lvlug: lvlug-admin
lvlug-owner: lvlug-admin

or,

should I just use fastforward?

I have qmail setup on my workstation and it seems to be doing just great.
I ran fastforward to setup the aliases file from the mail server to see
what it would look like and it looks completely different than what I
would set up on my own going by the docmentation I have seen for qmail
aliases. Then again, this is configuring qmail to use fastforward and
/etc/aliases along with the default qmail aliases file which would be from
above.
