Somewhere during the install it will ask you if you have disks 2 and 3
-- if you don't, simply uncheck them.  (That's during an expert install
-- IIRC, during a recommended install I wasn't asked this question but
later had the chance to cancel out of the second disk.)

BTW, during the install, even though at times I've selected everything
(at least from the main selection menus), it's never asked me for disk
3.
